Quality Assurance Standards of Literacy Aotearoa

 

Literacy Aotearoa inc. has developed quality assurance standards which Ngā Poupou (our members) are expected to meet.  Te Poutama Painga – Quality Assurance Standards of Literacy Aotearoa inc., were adopted by the organisation in 2000.  There are ten Standards that are based on the Principles and Processes of the organisation.

There are 36 Performance Indicators of the Standards categorised into the following five Operational Areas

Operational Area One    Organisational Structure and Planning

Operational Area Two    Student Learning Services

Operational Area Three  Personnel Management

Operational Area Four    Learning Resources and Facilities

Operational Area Five    Communication

 

The ten Standards are placed at the top of the poster. The five Operational Areas are identified down the left side of the poster, with the related Performance Indicators next to them.
