Qualifications

Literacy Aotearoa Training is the training arm of Literacy Aotearoa and is accredited by the New Zealand Qualifications Authority as a Private Training Establishment. 
 
Literacy Aotearoa Training provides a range of education and training programmes.  These include training and professional development for the personnel of member providers of Literacy Aotearoa and its National Office.  It also provides training opportunities for other organisations and practitioners who are working in the field of adult literacy.

All training and education programmes of Literacy Aotearoa are subject to regular review and development. Literacy Aotearoa Training is subject to regular NZQA Audit.  The Audit carried out in 2008 gave Literacy Aotearoa a three-year audit cycle. This is defined by NZQA as Optimal, that is an Industry leader with excellent student feedback and outcomes with first rate Quality Assurance practices.
