Guide for Using Folder Two Templates
These 66 Templates have been adapted from the appendices located in Te Poutama Painga – Quality Assurance Standards of Literacy Aotearoa, a resource designed to support Nga Poupou. The Templates should be used in conjunction with this resource and must only be used for Te Poupou purposes.
To design a tailor made Te Poupou document by using a Template on the CD Rom or from this website:
- Open the Template file you wish to use e.g. 2e Student Complaints Procedure;
- Do a “save as” of the Template file on to the computer hard drive where you save Te Poupou documents. (The “save as” option is located in the “file” icon at the top of screen);
- Make whatever changes you require on to the copy that you have just saved e.g. inserting Te Poupou name, altering text, formatting.
- Te Poupou should always retain the small acknowledgement note to Literacy Aotearoa located on each appendix.
