Workplace Programme
Literacy Aotearoa works closely with individual companies to develop and deliver quality programmes that will meet the specific needs of the company and its employees.
These programmes:
- are based on clear objectives established with the company from the onset
- are tailor-made to meet the specific needs of each employee
- can be delivered at multiple company sites
- can be delivered in one-to-one situations and/ or small groups
- are preferably delivered during work time and at the worksite
- can cover a wide range of company and employees' literacy, language and numeracy needs
- can often be funded through the TEC Workplace Literacy Fund, of which Literacy Aotearoa has a funding allocation
- can in addition, assist a company to have the capability to support their employees’ needs after the programme has finished.
